Unfortunately there is no returns 

 jewellery,lingerie, socks due to hygiene.

Personalised items:

unable to be returned due to custom made

please make sure all information is correct 

before placing orders.

Delivery timescale:

Local items we aim upto 7 to 14 working days

Imported items are upto 3 to 4 weeks  Handmade bows already made and ready to go 

5 working days.  Pre order items may take a little longer 

due to pre order and being imported.

Wax melts.

Once made will be 5 working days 

Furniture is local items less upto 10 working days.

Can't return theses items they straight from supplier.

Any other items can only be returned if there faulty etc.

Please make sure you include all images of proof in the email.

We only allow returns if we feel items are unworn, faulty etc.

All clothing must be same as packed

Unworn, same packaging.

Buyer must pay postage to return the item and send proof of postage to our email.

Once we receive the item you will be given a full refund of the item and postage.

If item is lost in transit that is nothing to do with us you have take that up with the delivery company.

Wax melts are made with soy wax all natural high quality scented oils.
